If you receive a "validation error' whilst attempting to complete the India eVisa Part 2, this means there is an inconsistency between the passport number you are entering in Part 2 Validation and what was entered in Part 1 (initial application). There reason for the re-entry of the passport number is to insure the correct passport number is captured as this is very important in avoiding delays with the Ministry, and even visa rejection.
You can verify what passport number you entered in Part 1 by viewing the "Application Received" email that was immediately sent out after payment. If you notice you made a mistake, kindly contact us so the error can be rectified. Keep in mind the system doesn't allow spaces or special characters.
